Initial Session
A 90 minute consultation to understand you, your circumstances, history, needs, and goals.
Ongoing Sessions
Based on your needs, goals, and circumstances, I will recommend an appropriate scheduling strategy. Typically, one session per week is adequate.
Progress Review
Periodically, I will conduct check-ins with you to assess progress, and adjust approaches, if required.
